My favorite book series growing up was the Lord of the Rings, specifically The Hobbit. I always dreamed what it would be like to live under ground and have a big ass round door. Imagine smoking a pipe with Gandalf, drinking cold ale and eating some Hobbity munchies. This Russian dude has done just that. This Russian Hobbit lived what most would have considered a normal life as an Attorney in Moscow. Like many of us, he burned out and Bucked the Norm.
While I admit his house is a bit “rough around the edges”, Yury has a spring in his step and a huge smile on his face (which is almost extinct in Russia). Yury also has a pet rabbit that responds to voice commands… very Gandalf of you Yury, well-played.
P.S.- he dug this hole out with his own hands… +10 for being a man among men.
