RV living and bumping uglies can be tricky

Anyone who has experienced RV living with kids can appreciate that “rolling-in-the-hay” with your significant other can be tricky. Going on a weekend trip, sometimes we just have to take a cold shower; but on our 3-month road trip we had to get creative. Working like randy little ninja’s you can get it done, but you have to be careful not to get caught. When I was a kid I walked in on my parents… I probably could’ve used therapy.

In any case, talking about this with my wife reminded me of a surf movie I had watched a few years back. “Surfwise: The Amazing True Odyssey of the Paskowitz Family” is the story of the wanderlust Doctor Dorian Paskowitz and his family of 11 living out of a 24′ RV. With 9 kids and a space that small, nobody is doubting the Doc’s ability to procreate and it’s pretty obvious he did so without any privacy (poor, poor kids).

This movie, like Captain Fantastic is an interesting flick and well worth the watch… although I can’t say I would want to follow in his exact footsteps to RV living.
