Why full-time? What inspires some to head out on the road in search of new experiences, turning their back on the structure of city life? For Martin and Bethany, owning a home in one sedentary location wasn’t the life they longed for.
Martin, a retired criminal attorney, and Bethany, owner of a marketing company, have built what some have called “The Ultimate Adventure” Vehicle. An avid Outdoors couple, after traveling during the summer months in in their Sprinter van conversion, they decided to make the leap to full-time and build an amazing vehicle to do so.
The couple purchased a US Military M1083 5-Ton Truck from a military auction and hired Global Expedition Vehicles to build out the box. With the durability of a military vehicle and the modern design of the RV, I think Ultimate Adventure vehicle might be a slight understatement.
